Is The NABTEB GCE Registration Form For 2024 Out?
Yes! The registration form is now out and available for all candidates who are interested in purchasing a copy. The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) advises candidates to purchase their forms as soon as they are made aware of their availability. How To Register For NABTEB GCE 2024
Candidates are instructed to visit any CBT center close to them to undergo this process.
- Start your application process by visiting the NABTEB Offline Biometric Data Capture Software
- Download NABTEB Offline Biometric Data Capture Software.
- Once you have successfully captured the Biometric Data visit the “NABTEB registration Portal”
- On the Homepage, click on the link “Nov/Dec Registration” to continue the registration
- Your passport should be 160px by 200px and size (less than 30kb)
- Click on the ‘Start Here’ icon
- Fill in the PIN, and serial number you see on the scratch card you purchased.
- Fill out the form displayed correctly
- Check for mistakes, correct them, and submit
- Make sure you write down your Candidate Number and keep it safe because you will need it later.
NOTE
- You will not be allowed to start the register on the portal until you have done the biometric data capture.
- The registration fees include costs for examination fees, result checking, biometric registration, e-learning, and an information VCD.
- A penalty of N5,000.00 per candidate will be applied for late registration.
Materials Allowed for NABTEB Examinations
- Candidates must bring their pen, pencil, eraser, ink, ruler, and mathematical set.
- For drawing materials, candidates need to provide their drawing board, Tee-square, metric scale ruler, and other drawing instruments and may use slide rules if necessary.
- Simple, non-programmable, noiseless, and cordless calculators are permitted.
- However, candidates are prohibited from bringing GSM handsets and other electronic devices into the examination hall.
Important Information!
- Candidates should verify the date and time of their exams using the examination timetable available at their examination center or on the Board’s website.
- Morning exams typically start at 9:00 a.m., and candidates should arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of each paper.
- No candidate is allowed to leave the hall, except for verified health reasons, until 30 minutes before the end of a 3-hour paper or 10 minutes before the end of an objective paper.
- If a health issue is confirmed, the center supervisor will ensure that no exam materials are removed from the hall. Additionally, candidates are not permitted to enter the examination hall 30 minutes after a paper has begun.
- All practical and oral tests are scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m. as listed on the timetable, and candidates must arrive at their designated centers on time.
